In an interview with Caracol Radio, Camilo Enciso, Director of the Anti-Corruption Institute, affirmed that the contracts “have not been published on the SECOP website, which is the only government procurement portal, which is a clear violation of the legal mandate that obliges them and all State entities to do so ”.
