
On 13 April, our Public Affairs Researcher, Adriana Romero, was invited as a representative of the Anti-Corruption Institute to the LXXXII Board of Directors of the FIIC Commission Week of the Inter-American Federation for the Mexican Construction Industry which was held between 12-15 April, 2021.
Romero, an economist with a Master’s in economics, presented some recommendations and proposals to improve governance of the public infrastructure sector through the use of digitization mechanisms, transparency, open data and access to information as part of their management of anti-corruption.
The Inter-American Federation of the Construction Industry is a member of the national construction chambers of 18 Latin American countries.
