Stephen Sackur, a journalist for the leading British media outlet the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), interviewed President Iván Duque for the news outlet’s HardTalk program. The interview, which lasted for just over 20 minutes, was focused on drawing attention to the country’s biggest unsolved problems: mass poverty, inequality and alarming levels of violence.
In the middle of the discussion, the journalist asked the President about his participation in politics and asked him about the complaint filed against him by the Anti-Corruption Institute in the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca for violating the Law of Guarantees.
