In Caracol Radio’s morning show, 6AM Hoy por Hoy, Camilo Enciso, Director of the Anti-Corruption Institute, discussed the Multi-Purpose Contractor Index. The Index was developed by the Institute to show the abusive practices of the various companies and foundations that are awarded contracts by the State for a range of different services, but which are unsuitable to execute the contracted work. This led to Enciso demanding that public institutions only serious and suitable organizations.
