The Anti-Corruption Institute filed a disciplinary complaint against the Minister of Health, Fernando Ruiz Gómez and the Minister of Finance, Alberto Carrasquilla with the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation “for the alleged breach of duty in not making public the contracts signed by these entities and the special funds they manage, including the Emergency Mitigation Fund ”.
According to the Anti-Corruption Institute, the National Government has failed to comply with its duty to publish the contracts signed with AstraZeneca and Pfizer for the acquisition of vaccines against COVID-19 in Colombia, the signature of which had been publicly announced by the Minister of Health.
