In the framework of the 2020 Annual Meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held in October, Ivanna Rossi, member of the IMF’s Legal Department, referred to a study by the Anti-Corruption Institute in the Analytical Corner section. This study led to the development of the Multi-Purpose Contractor Index, which was constructed using big data, with the analysis of over 750,000 State contracts signed during the period of the pandemic.
