The promised connectivity that never came. Thousands of children in public schools in rural communities are waiting to be able to connect to the internet while others, taking advantage of their position of power, buy cars, houses and other luxuries at the State’s expense. In this episode, we analyze the case of corruption in the ICT Ministry, with the Temporary Union of Centros Poblados (Populated Centers), where, to date, no one has been held responsible for the 70 thousand million Colombian pesos that was sewn up.
On this occasion, our guest was Paola Herrera, the journalist from W Radio who uncovered and denounced this corruption network. We spoke with her so that she could tell us how she connected all the different threads of this story and share more information about how the judicial process is going.
