Our cases
The strategic litigation area includes all of the judicial activities carried out by the Anti-Corruption Institute before national and international courts in order to guarantee decisions that protect public interest, communities and institutions.
A RESIDUAL WATER TREATMENT PLANT (RWTP) FOR BARICHARA
We intervened before the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca to support the popular action undertaken by the community in Barichara which seeks to protect their collective rights which have been violated due to the unfinished work of the Residual Water Treatment Plant (RWTP).

ELECTORAL GUARANTEES: PRESIDENT DUQUE
We launched a popular action before the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca in order to protect electoral guarantees during the 2022 election process for the President of the Republic.

TRANSPARENCY IN VACCINES
The Anti-Corruption Institute led a legal action, alongside other civil society organizations, which sought to reveal the text of the contracts signed by the Colombian government in order to acquire Covid-19 vaccines during the pandemic, in order to guarantee the right of the public to access information.
